When you use the “Grid Diary", Your diary are save in your iOS device, there is no possible way to remote viewing your diary .
"Grid Diary" do not provide any cloud storage, but we provide the third party (iCloud, Dropbox, WebDAV) to synchronize your data, keep your diary consistent with all iOS devices.
The following are three kinds of sync services that “Grid Diary” can support:
"Grid Diary" synchronize data stored in iCloud cannot be viewing in iCloud Drive App, and these data can only be accessed by “Grid Diary.”
All the data are stored in your * App → Grid Diary * folder, and the content of this folder are your data operations record. Directly modifying any contents inside may lead to “Grid Diary" synchronization cannot work properly.
Data stored in the synchronous path that you fill in and all the contents of this folder are your data operations record. Directly modifying any contents inside may lead to “Grid Diary" synchronization cannot work properly.
Backup file (.gdarchive) is Grid Diary’s exclusive compressed format. All backup files will be deleted when you delete "grid Diary" from iOS. so the backup operation at the “Grid Diary" Please copy the backup files to a safety place through iTunes as soon as possible after sync the data in “Grid Diary”
When you unload the “Grid Diary" from iOS devices, all the diary will be deleted, including backup files. If you use sync services, your data may stored in third-party services, but if you unload the “Grid Diary" before the synchronization complete, the data stored in third party cannot be guaranteed.
